They take two hours to craft.

The Epic Ice Pick requires you to craft other ice picks and then combine them here. It's a lengthy process, but can be done eventually with enough determination. Meanwhile, you just need to purchase five Yeti Potions from the store; you don't actually have to summon five yetis. Once you've crafted the Epic Ice Pick, you'll be able to use it to bring down Hazel's Tower in the far corner of your map.
