"No Need to Panic, Really" is quest 1 out of 9 in the Gloom Watch story line. You get it from Tom the next time you level up after finishing the A Dragon State of Mind story line.

Clear away 7 Nature items in your Kingdom to make room for the Gloom Watch training grounds. Clear Grass, Bushes, Dead Logs, Rocks, or Tree stumps. |

Work out with Tom by moving 5 Cows. Good for the quads. Click Design Mode to move Objects around. |

1,000 Coins and 
20 XP, as well as 1 Gloom Watch Board. You can then proceed to the Gloom Watch Origins quest.
