Red Balloon charms are made avaliable after the completion of the 11th of Sullivan's "Over the Rainbow" quests. They can be made in the studio to fill up the Red Band of the Rainbow (0/44). Different charms can be made. these include:
- Red Balloon +1 (5 Tomato, 1 Cow Hide)
- Red Balloon +3 (10 Tomato, 2 Cow Hide and 3 Red Feather)
- Red Balloon +6 (10 Tomato, 2 Cow Hide and 5 Red Ribbon)
